1. I bring you all this weeks installment in #WMATA Tweets of the Week.
  
  This week has been quite a wild one for WMATA and its commuters. With yesterday’s Red Line stall, the major operations failure, and now a proposed fare hike that seems to be going through, Twitter has been on fire with amazing tweets.
  
  I have tried my best to curate the best ones of the week (many of them surrounding the events of yesterday) but read a bit, have a chuckle, and pray that your next train arrives on time.

  This first tweet is a shout out to my counter part in Boston, Lisa DeCanio who writes #MBTA Tweets of the week. A tweet proving our Metro system is far worse than theirs!

  It’s funny. I lived in Boston and even though they have oldest metro system in country, #mbta, it works. #wmata fails constantly.
